In May 2008, Sabzi and his wife Fairy traveled to Meridian,Idaho to attend the grand openning of Sevoy Gallery, the premiere Fine Art Gallery in the area. Sabzi was the featured artist showing his original paintings, sculpture and prints. He also signed copies of his book "Memories; collected works of Sabzi".
Following the show, Paul and Joyce Sevoy treated Sabzi and Fairy to a weekend in the breathtaking beauty of the mountains just a short drive outside of Boise.
